I attach great importance to transparency and predictability in my fees. Therefore, where possible, I work with fixed rates rather than traditional hourly rates. This way, as a client, you know exactly where you stand financially in advance and will not face unexpected costs. For every assignment, I review with you which formula is most suitable, taking into account the nature of the case and the desired level of guidance. In this way, I combine legal quality with a clear and fair pricing agreement.

When a fixed price is not possible or appropriate, I apply a standard hourly rate that will be discussed upfront. Clear agreements are always made in advance regarding the working method and the expected cost structure. Transparent communication is central to this, ensuring that you have an accurate picture of the cost of your case at all times. After all, I believe that good cooperation begins with clear agreements and mutual trust.

In addition to the fees, a general expense allowance of 5% is charged. This allowance covers customary case costs, such as administration, printing and copying costs, and standard correspondence. Specific costs directly related to your case, such as registered mail, court costs, or external inquiries, are charged separately at cost price. This is always communicated openly and clearly.

For travel, a mileage allowance of €0.50 per kilometer applies. This allowance is only charged when physical travel is necessary in the context of your case, for example for meetings, site visits, or court hearings. By making clear financial agreements in advance, I aim to ensure that you can focus fully on your business or case, without worrying about unexpected legal costs.
